Casualty Adjuster Training

2 week liability claims training goes beyond the textbook/lecture experience. Workshops and actual case studies build confidence and skils to provide a basis for effective, professional liability claims handling.

Course Overview

Vale's hands-on approach uses cutaways, visual aids and a large inventory of late model damaged vehicles. This enables you to generate damage estimates beginning on the first day of class. Progressing in difficulty, each estimate is reviewed and discussed. More complex front, side and rear impact estimates are graded so the student learns a variety of realistic estimating skills.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will have the skills necessary to evaluate coverage, investigate the claim, determine legal liability, and execute proper resolution for casualty claims. .

From a Vale Graduate:

"The Vale National Property Course was the springboard that launched me into my career as an adjuster. The course challenged me to think critically,  perform my scopes, and write accurate estimates under pressure. The constant tests, quizzes, and personal feedback from the instructors allowed me to identify weak points and improve my adjusting skills."
