Arizona Insurance Claims Adjuster

Adjuster License Requirements

To become a licensed insurance adjuster in Arizona, individuals must:

  • Be 18 years of age or more.

Licensing Process

  • Arizona Individual Insurance License Form L-169 must be completed and submitted with an application fee of $120.00 and fingerprint processing fee of $29.00.
  • Non-resident applicants must further submit the Adjuster Application Addendum

Reciprocity

  • Arizona does not grant reciprocity with any other state's license.

Maintaining Your License in Arizona

  • No Continuing Education is required.
  • Submit Individual License Renewal Application Form L-191.
