Adjuster License Requirements
To become a licensed insurance adjuster in Arizona, individuals must:
- Be 18 years of age or more.

Licensing Process
- Arizona Individual Insurance License Form L-169 must be completed and submitted with an application fee of $120.00 and fingerprint processing fee of $29.00.
- Non-resident applicants must further submit the Adjuster Application Addendum
Reciprocity
- Arizona does not grant reciprocity with any other state's license.
Maintaining Your License in Arizona
- No Continuing Education is required.
- Submit Individual License Renewal Application Form L-191.
