Dan and John wrote this site totally from scratch using Notepad (though we keep it updated using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8). There is a first time for everything, and this was their first time designing a website. Of great help to them were the books "Head First: HTML" "CSS Cookbook" and "CSS: The Definitive Guide" SEO training was provided by George Brown.
