2 Story/Steep Roof Adjuster Certification. With safety and compliance concerns rising rapidly in the adjusting industry, Rope & Harness adjusters are frequently the first deployed and the last recalled on claims assignments. By becoming certified as a Two Story/Steep roof adjuster, you will dramatically improve your own safety practices, eliminate catastrophic falls, and anticipate the future in property adjusting safety protocol. As training partners with K-Squared Catastrophe Services, we offer the elite standard in Rope & Harness training. Utilizing OSHA approved safety procedures and techniques, each student will actively participate in anchoring a climber and then personally ascending and descending a real roof with an 11/12 pitch. To ensure quality, class size is limited to 10 students. Accredited for 8 CEUs in both Texas and Florida.
