Cancellation & Refund Policies

Live Courses

Students who cancel their registration at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of class are eligible for a refund of their tuition payment less a $50 administrative fee. Students cancelling within 24 hours of class are not eligible for refund but may reassign their registration to any future course at no additional charge. Any student unable to attend class may reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations and/or rescheduling may be effected by calling (214) 329-9030 or by filling out the following contact form.

NOTE: LIVE online Xactimate Training via Webex is considered a Live Course under these policies.

Online Courses (except the PTC I)

Students are eligible for a full refund less a $50 administrative fee within 24 hours of first logging in to their online course. After 24 hours, refunds are not available.

Property Technical Certification

Once a student has begun their Property Technical Certification I coursework offered through KMC OnDemand, he/she is not eligible for a refund.
