Cancellation & Refund Policies
Students who cancel their registration at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of class are eligible for a refund of their tuition payment less a $50 administrative fee. Students cancelling within 24 hours of class are not eligible for refund but may reassign their registration to any future course at no additional charge. Any student unable to attend class may reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations and/or rescheduling may be effected by calling (214) 329-9030 or by filling out the following contact form.
NOTE: LIVE online Xactimate Training via GoToTraining is considered a Live Course under these policies.
Online Courses (except the PTC)
Students are eligible for a full refund less a $50 administrative fee within 24 hours of first logging in to their online course. After 24 hours, refunds are not available.
You may request your money back at any time after purchase, for any reason, and you will be refunded in full, no questions asked.
Property Technical Certification
Refunds are provided on a case by case basis. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to discuss a refund. No refunds will be provided if a course has been completed. If a refund is granted no Continuing Education Credits will be provided and all records will be deleted. Refunds can only be provided within 30 days of purchase. If a refund is granted, a $50 administration fee will be deducted from the original payment amount.
